After eighteen years, I only like one bean genetics. Sorry, Vox, but it’s black beans. But it’s not just black beans. It’s deeply roasted and marinated with soy sauce and some chili powder to give that smoky flavor. I just can’t eat black beans any other way. Steam black beans, definitely not!!! And also, I don’t like edamame in the rice…. But I only eat edamame in sushi restaurants and still hate it!
